Cancelation Policy

Deposit & Cancellation Fees Your deposit lis paid fully refundable, however in line with industry protocol we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee from your deposit prior to the release of the balance. In compliance with consumer law any such cancellation fees will be reflective of the losses incurred by the business where we are unable to resell your appointment. We will make every effort to minimise our losses by re-marketing the appointment on our social media and to anyone on a waiting list. Our cancellation fees work on a sliding scale as follows. (on assumption we cannot sell the space and recoup our losses) *More than 48 hours prior to appointment - no charge *Between 24 & 48 hours - 25% *Under 24 hours - 50% Failure to attend your appointment with no contact (no show) your cancellation charge will equal your deposit even where the loss is grater. By proceeding to book you are confirming that you have read, understood and accept these terms. Appointments booked online will not be confirmed until a deposit has been paid.
